Transfer Account Ownership
Transferring account ownership hands full control of your PixelFlow account—sites, pixels, integrations, and all event history—to another person. Use this when handing off an account to a client, transferring a business, or reassigning ownership.
What happens during transfer
The new owner receives an email with a link to set their password and access the account.
You are signed out immediately and lose access to this account. Your password and Google sign-in are removed.
Only the new owner can sign in after they complete setup.
All sites, pixels, and integrations transfer with their current configuration intact.
Event history and analytics remain—past data is not wiped.
This action cannot be undone. Once transferred, you will not be able to log back into this account.
How to transfer ownership
Go to your Profile settings.
Click Transfer Account Ownership.
Read the transfer details, then click Continue.
Enter the new owner's email address and click Continue.
Review the confirmation details and click Transfer Ownership.
The new owner will receive an email with instructions to set their password and access the account.
