Why are there no events being tracked on my website?
No events firing on your website? Here's how to fix it
If you're seeing no events in your PixelFlow dashboard or in Facebook Events Manager, read this guide to understand the reasons and how to fix.
Note: Facebook Events Manager can take up to 40 mins to show the latest live events.
TL;DR (Most Common Fixes)
- Script not installed (or placed in the wrong spot). 
- You updated your PixelFlow settings or script but didn’t republish your site (Webflow/Framer/Squarespace require a full publish for changes to go live). 
Quick Fix Checklist
- Confirm the script is installed on the live site (not just preview). 
- If you changed settings or script code, republish the entire site (not just “save”). 
- Ensure your script is placed in the header section 
- Disable ad-blockers and privacy extensions for testing. 
- Test on a different browser or incognito. 
- Verify there’s no duplicate or outdated PixelFlow script. 
- Check consent/cookie banner isn’t blocking events (if consent required, provide consent and retest).

Do I need to republish every time I change the script or my PixelFlow settings?
Yes—on Framer/Webflow/Squarespace, script changes require a full publish to go live.
Can I test in preview?
Preview modes are not reliable for tracking. Always test on the public URL.
Can I place the script inside a single page?
You can, but we strongly recommend site-wide installation to avoid gaps on other pages.
Why do I see events twice?
You likely have two snippets or you could be loading another script that loads your Pixel/CAPI separately too. installed. Remove duplicates and keep one script.
