How to Remove the TikTok Pixel from Your Website
PixelFlow loads your TikTok Pixel and Events API together so you should not load the TikTok Pixel separately any more. A second, separately installed copy of the pixel on your site causes duplicate events.
Choose your website platform to find the exact steps to remove an old TikTok Pixel. Whichever platform you use, search your site code for ttq, TiktokAnalyticsObject, or analytics.tiktok.com and delete any TikTok Pixel snippet you find there. Keep PixelFlow installed and leave the pixel itself in TikTok Events Manager: PixelFlow still uses that pixel.

Remove the pixel from plugins, theme code, or widgets.

Remove the pixel from plugins and your checkout or theme code.

An old TikTok Pixel firing alongside PixelFlow sends the same event twice: once by the standalone pixel and once by PixelFlow. Removing the extra copy stops duplicate events. Verify with TikTok Pixel Helper
After removing the old pixel, use TikTok's official TikTok Pixel Helper browser extension to check your live site. Install the extension, visit your site in an incognito window, and confirm no TikTok pixel events fire on the page.
