Make sure the script was saved in HubSpot's HTML/Head markup section. Check that you removed any existing Meta Pixel code from HubSpot, as having both can cause tracking conflicts.
HubSpot Setup
Use this guide to install PixelFlow on HubSpot and start sending Meta Pixel and Conversions API events with one script.
Add your site in PixelFlow
Log in to PixelFlow.
Click Add New Site.
Select Other as your platform.
Enter your HubSpot domain name.
Choose your currency if needed.
Connect your Meta Pixel
Add your Pixel Name.
Add your Pixel ID.
Add your Meta Pixel Access Token.
Need help finding these values? See How to Connect Your Meta Pixel & Conversions API.
Remove any existing Meta Pixel code from HubSpot to avoid duplicate events. PixelFlow handles both browser Pixel and server-side Conversions API automatically.
Install the script in HubSpot
Copy the PixelFlow script from your dashboard, then add it to HubSpot:
In HubSpot, click the settings icon (gear) in the main navigation.
Navigate to Website → Pages.
Click Templates and scroll to the HTML/Head markup section.
Paste the PixelFlow script into the Head field.
Click Save.
The script will now load on all HubSpot pages that use your site templates.
If you only want PixelFlow on specific pages, you can add the script to individual page settings instead. Open a page in the editor, go to the Settings tab, and add the script to the Head HTML field.
Verify the setup
Visit your HubSpot site in a new browser tab (preferably in incognito mode).
Browse a few pages to trigger events.
Return to your PixelFlow dashboard—you should see a confirmation that tracking is active.
Setup Complete
Your HubSpot website tracking is now complete. PixelFlow automatically tracks:
PageViews
To track additional events like form submissions, button clicks, and conversions, use the Visual Tagger in your PixelFlow dashboard.
Next Steps
Track custom events like HubSpot form submissions and button clicks using the Visual Tagger
Monitor your events in real-time to verify everything is working
Check your event match quality score in Meta Events Manager—aim for 8.0 or higher
Troubleshooting
Events not appearing in PixelFlow or Meta
Script not loading on certain pages
HubSpot's global head injection applies to pages using your site templates. Landing pages or standalone pages with custom templates may need the script added individually in the page's Head HTML settings.
Duplicate events in Meta Events Manager
This usually means you still have another Meta Pixel implementation running alongside PixelFlow. Remove any native HubSpot Meta Pixel integrations or GTM pixel tags—PixelFlow handles both Pixel and CAPI events with automatic deduplication.
