How do I contact PixelFlow support?

You can reach PixelFlow support by booking a call from the dashboard, emailing us, or opening the support chat. Choose the fastest route for your question.

Book a call from the dashboard

Click Book Free Setup Call in the top bar of your dashboard (on the right, before your account menu). This opens our booking page in a new tab, where you can schedule a free call for setup or troubleshooting help.

Email us

Email [email protected] for account, billing, tracking, or setup questions. You can also use this address for cancellation requests.

Open the support chat

Click Support in the left sidebar of your dashboard to open the Ferndesk support widget, then use Contact us in the chat to send a message. You can also reach us through the public contact page.
