How to add your VAT number to PixelFlow
If your business has a VAT number, add it to your PixelFlow billing profile so we reverse-charge VAT instead of charging it on your plan. VAT is charged to EU customers from 1 October, and your dashboard shows a notice with a shortcut for adding your number.
Who sees the VAT notice
The notice sits under the dashboard header and is visible on every dashboard page. Only workspace Owners, who can manage billing, see it; Viewers don't. The notice reads: “Heads up - from 1st October we're charging VAT to EU customers. If you have a VAT number, add it to your account and we'll reverse-charge instead.”
Add your VAT number
You add the VAT number in the Stripe billing portal, the same place where you manage payment details and invoices. The PixelFlow dashboard itself doesn't collect or store the number.
Sign in to PixelFlow as a workspace Owner.
Select Add VAT number on the notice under the dashboard header. The button shows Opening… while the billing portal loads, then your browser opens the portal.
Enter your VAT number in the billing portal and save it.
Closing the notice
Select the X on the notice to hide it. It stays hidden for you in that browser on later visits, but shows again if you sign in from a different browser or device, and other people in your workspace still see it.
Closing the notice doesn't add a VAT number. To add one, select Add VAT number on the notice.
If the billing portal doesn't open
If the portal fails to open, the dashboard shows the error “Failed to edit payment info. Please try again later.” Try again later, and if the portal keeps failing or you can't save your VAT number, reach us through the routes in How do I contact PixelFlow support?.
