Can I Invite Team Members to My Account?

Overview

Currently, PixelFlow accounts are designed for single-user access. You cannot invite team members, share access with collaborators, or add additional users to your account at this time.

This feature is on our roadmap and will be available soon. We're working on adding team collaboration tools to make it easier to work with clients, developers, and marketing partners.

Current Workarounds

If you need to manage multiple sites or work with a team, here are your current options:

Use Multi-Site Plans

PixelFlow offers subscription tiers that support multiple websites under a single account:

  • Basic ($19/month) - 1 site

  • Business ($59/month) - 5 sites

  • Agency ($99/month) - 10 sites

This allows you to manage client sites or multiple projects from one login, though only one person can access the account.

Create Separate Accounts

For agencies or freelancers working with clients, you can create individual PixelFlow accounts for each client. This keeps tracking data and billing separate, though it requires managing multiple logins.

We don't recommend sharing login credentials with team members or clients due to security concerns and the inability to control individual access permissions.
